Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label, depending on the reason for the return.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (e.g., size, style, or preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Final sale, discounted items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
