At Soleil Fashion, we partner with global suppliers and warehouses to deliver fashion-forward items directly to your doorstep. Please read the following policy to understand our shipping procedures and expectations.


1. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Weight and volume of the items

  • Shipping method selected at checkout

Final shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Note: We do not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • The United States (including most states)

  • Select international destinations

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–15 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales events, processing time may be extended by 1–3 additional business days.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

International 10–20 business days

These are estimated transit times and do not include order processing time. Unforeseen delays due to customs, carrier issues, or public holidays may occur.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the shipping provider’s website.


6. Customs & Duties

For international shipments:

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by your country are not included in the order total.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid separately to the local authorities.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Please check your tracking number.

  2. Contact the courier for updates.

  3. Reach out to us at info@soleilfashion.com if further support is needed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer


8. Split Shipments

To reduce delivery time, some items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability. You will receive separate tracking details for each package if applicable.


9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before submitting your order. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
